Black Pepper Sauce

The most inspiration of Asian dish is black pepper sauce with plentiful of fragrant pepperish nature and garlic. These are often match with stir fry beef , pork or seafood. Alternatively is for BBQ or marinade..


Heat 1 ½ tbs oil in a wok over high heat. Add 2 kgs mud crab pieces and stir fry untill shell is bright orange and meat almost cooked (about 5 minutes. Add 1 ½ tbs of butter, 1 ½ tbs grated fresh ginger, 6 cloves of garlic chopped, 1-2 red chilli chopped, ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander to the work, stir fry 30 seconds. Add Thasia black pepper sauce 4-5 tbs , cok a further 2-3 minutes to finish cooking the crab then garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.
