INGREDIENTS

 
Prawn
Massaman curry paste
Coconut milk
Lettuce
Thinly sliced carrot
Sliced cucumber
Rice paper
Thai sweet chilli sauce

PREPARATION

  1. Marinate prawn with massaman curry paste and coconut milk
  2. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill prawn on a hot pan and cut in a small piece
  4. Soak rice paper in water until soft
  5. Wrap prawn and all vegetables together with rice paper
  6. Serve with Thai sweet chilli sauce

TIPS

Put towel on the plate before place rice paper so it is easy to roll a spring roll
