PREPARATION
- Marinate prawn with massaman curry paste and coconut milk
- Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Grill prawn on a hot pan and cut in a small piece
- Soak rice paper in water until soft
- Wrap prawn and all vegetables together with rice paper
- Serve with Thai sweet chilli sauce
TIPS
Put towel on the plate before place rice paper so it is easy to roll a spring roll
