Hoisin mushroom spring roll

Oyster mushroom chunk
Sliced fresh shitake mushroom
Chopped Onion
Thinly sliced carrot
Thinly cut spring onion
Hoisin sauce
Chopped garlic
Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
Vegetable oil for deep fry

  1. Heat oil in a pan until it’s hot then add garlic and onion. Stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushroom, carrot and cook for another minute.
  3. Add hoisin sauce and sesame oil, stir well.
  4. Add spring onion
  5. Remove the pan from heat and put into a plate.
  6. Wrap in filling with spring roll sheet then deep fried until golden brown
  7. Place spring rolls on a serving dish 


Use 1 cup of water and 1 tbs of corn flour to make a glue or use beaten egg.
