INGREDIENTS

Prawn
Sliced straw mushroom
Cherry tomato
Tom yum paste
Water
Fresh milk
Kaffir lime leaves

PREPARATION

  1. Pour water into a pot and add tom yum paste heat until boil.
  2. Add mushroom and tomato, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add prawn cook for 1 minute, then add milk stir well.
  4. Add kaffir lime leaves and remove a pot from heat.
  5. Add kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves, stir well.
  6. Pour into serving bowl and decorate with a spring of coriander leaves
TIPS

if straw mushroom is not available you can use button mushroom.
