INGREDIENTS
Tom Yum Noodles Set
Rice Noodles   70 g
Tom Yum Sauce   75 g

Mushrooms
Shrimps
Water
Coriander
Squeezed Lime

PREPARATION
  1. Put rice noodles in boiling water (100 c) for 7 minutes and drain well.
  2. Put rice noodles in cold water for 1 minute, drain well and put rice noodles into soup bowl.
  3. To make Tom Yum Soup, Bring 350 cc of water to a boil. When water reaches a bubbling boil, add shrimps and mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then put soup, shrimps and mushroom into souo bowl. Add Tom Yum Sauce and Stir well.
  4. Garnish with Coriander and add some lime juice for better taste.
