Roasted Chicken red curry in Pita bread

INGREDIENTS
Sliced chicken
Stir fry sauce 
Black pepper powder
Pita bread 
Diced pineapple
Diced tomato diced
Finely sliced kaffir lime leaves
Sweet basil 
Coconut milk
Red curry paste 
Sugar
Vegetable oil
 
A pinch of salt

PREPARATION
  1. Heat a pan and add garlic & ginger oil then sear smoked duck breast on a hot pan until the skin colour is brown
  2. Add shallot, stir for 1 minute
  3. Add chicken stock cube cook for 1 minute
  4. Add water, orange juice concentrate, salt and sugar, stir well
  5. simmer for 3 – 5 minutes
  6. Remove the pan from heat and serve on plate. Eat with salad leaves
