Green curry stuffed squid




Green curry paste
Chopped chicken breast
Coconut milk
Green curry paste

  1. Mix chopped chicken breast with green curry paste 15 g.
  2. Stuffed chicken into squid then steam cooked for 2- 3 min
  3. Heat oil in a pan until it’s hot and add green curry paste 35 g, stir for 1-2 minute and add coconut milk
  4. Add carrot, baby corn and sugar cook for 3 minutes, add cooked squid and cook for another 2 minutes
  5. Add kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves, stir well.
  6. Remove the pan from heat and pour into a bowl

Before steam stuffed squid should make slits on a squid so the filling will not came out after cooked
