INGREDIENTS

Green Curry Noodles Set
Rice Noodles
Green Curry Seasoning
Cooking oil
Meat or Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
Sweet Basil
Red Chili

PREPARATION
  1. Put rice noodles in boiling water (100 c) for 7 minutes and drain well.
  2. Put rice noodles in cold water for 1 minute and drain well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add meat or chicken cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add soaked rice noodles and seasoning that already dissolved in 50 g. water stir fried for 1 minute.
  5. Add Sweet Basil and chili cook well for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
TIPS
dissolved green curry seasoning with 50 g of water will give mild taste of green curry noodles.
To get original taste of green curry noodles, use less water to dissolved green curry seasoning , recommend on 30 g of water.
