INGREDIENTS

Black Pepper Noodles Set
Rice Noodles 70 g
Black Pepper Sauce 75 g

Cooking oil
Fish or Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
Diced onion
Diced bell pepper

PREPARATION
  1. Put rice noodles in boiling water (100 C) for 7 minutes and drain well.
  2. Put rice noodles in cold water for 1 minute and drain well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add meat or chicken cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add Onion and Bell Pepper for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add soaked rice noodles and Black Pepper sauce stir fry for 3 minutes, if noodles are still hard add some water and cook until noodles are tender.
TIPS
Chinese chives can be changed to spring onion and Bean Sprouts to French bean or sliced Cabbage.
For more tasty, able to add chilli flake or chilli powder, sugar, vinegar or lime juice and soy sauce.
